Kicking Off The Holiday Season In Cortlandt, Peekskill
Pancakes, tree-lighting, Santa visit and a new Winter Wonderland event

CORTLANDT
The town will hold a tree lighting and holiday celebration Dec. 3. It starts at 6 p.m. and includes caroling, refreshments and a special visit.
On Dec. 7 and 8, the Rotary Club of Cortlandt Manor will hold their “Pancake Breakfast with Santa" event to raise money for local projects. Reservations needed: Call 914 246-0135. Arts and Crafts, Toys for Tots, letters to our troops.

The town is holding a Winter Wonderland celebration it hopes will become an annual tradition. From noon to 6 p.m. Dec. 14, stop by the Town of Cortlandt Youth and Recreation Center. Bring holiday cheer and enjoy an afternoon of winter family fun including a snow globe photo booth, a snowzilla slide, live music, food trucks and more.
Meanwhile, Santa will be at Cortlandt's Youth Center from 2-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Children of all ages (infant - 100+) are encouraged to get their picture taken with Santa, write a letter to Santa, make some holiday cards and ornaments as well as enjoy some holiday music and freshly baked goods from Mrs. Claus' Kitchen. The 8th Annual Westchester All-Stars and Friends Christmas for Veterans Concert
is 7:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater.
The Annual Downtown Tree Lighting ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. Dec. 7.
