Lakeland District Holds College Signing Ceremonies

CORTLANDT MANOR, NY — Ceremonial college signing days were held recently at Walter Panas High School and Lakeland High School.

The occasions celebrated student-athletes at both schools continuing their athletic careers next year at the college level.

Daniel Belfi, the Lakeland school district's director of physical education, health and athletics, said he was proud of the students reaching this milestone and wished them the best of luck.

"It is truly a very special honor and accomplishment to be able to play at the collegiate level," he said. "There is no question that these student-athletes are talented, dedicated and hardworking."

The students from Walter Panas High School are:
