If you live North of Cortlandt Blvd, then you know how the unique mix of history, scenic vistas and parks, diverse neighborhoods and proximity to essential needs makes it a great place to call home. A new residents’ association has been formed to keep the residents of North Cortlandt up to date on Town projects and developer proposals that affect the quality of life in our community.

Some projects in progress include a 55+ Active Senior Affordable Housing community on the site of Colonial Terrace, a Solar Farm just south of Mill Court, and plans to revitalize the Annsville Creek area.

To lead the way, we have also formed a Nor-Cort Vision Committee comprised of 7 dedicated residents to work side-by-side with the Town of Cortlandt to communicate residents’ needs, concerns, and aspirations to help shape the future of our community.
