Snow Headed Toward The Hudson Valley
Back-to-back winter storms could cross the region this week.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The first of two possible winter storms is headed our way Tuesday from the midwest with ice and snow, and could bring a couple of inches to the Hudson Valley.
Due to the size of the storm, travel could be hazardous for a couple of days, National Weather Service forecasters warned.

The National Weather Service has already issued a hazardous outlook notice for New Jersey.

"The major metropolitan areas along the Interstate 95 corridor from Washington, D.C., to New York City, will all be targeted with this event Monday night into Tuesday," said Jake Sojda, AccuWeather meteorologist.
But because the storm is weakening as it approaches, we shouldn't get much snow.

The folks at Hudson Valley Weather are keeping an eye on it, and also one coming later in the week.
"The second storm has the potential to be much stronger than the first. However… the 2nd storm is also more likely to stay to our south," Hudson Valley Weather said.
