HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Snow is in the forecast for Monday. The spring equinox was March 19, did anyone notice?

It seems appropriate that we should get snow right after winter officially ended, said Alex Marra and Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "Our biggest storm of the season came on the back end of autumn."

First, Sunday temperatures will be about 5 to 10 degrees below normal. Then, early on Monday, snow will start. Later in the day it is expected to mix with rain.
