NOTICE - “Request for Proposals – Infrastructure Improvements at Quarry Park”

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AT QUARRY PARK

CORTLANDT QUARRY PARK REDEVELOPMENT/CORTLANDT PITCH/ MERCHANT'S DAUGHTER

The Town of Cortlandt is seeking to obtain proposals from qualified professional multidisciplinary engineering firms, to provide professional services for the design, preparation of plans and specifications for the Cortlandt Quarry Park.  This project will be funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Agency (EDA).  The successful respondent is required to adhere to all requirements of the grant funding source including compliance with the standards set forth in 2 CFR Part 200, compliance with Certification Regarding Lobbying as required by Section 1352, Title 31 of the U.S. Code and has a verified and active account on the Federal SAM account (System for Award Management) and must not appear on the excluded parties list or be subject to debt offset.

Through this RFP the Town seeks firms to design the proposed improvements including but not limited to the construction of 3,000+/- linear feet of roadway, 1,150 +/- linear feet of sidewalk 1,400 +/- linear feet of water main, two on-site septic systems or consolidated package treatment plant, site clearing and grubbing, tree removal, fine grading, irrigation, lawn installation, parking areas, wetland mitigation and lighting.  Construction administration and inspection are also included in later phases of the project.
