Work to Close Rte 9A at Pleasantville Road May 9-13
Plus the road will be down to one lane from Hawkes Avenue south. During business hours.

Beginning Monday until Friday, between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., Route 9A in Briarcliff Manor is expected to be closed in the vicinity of the Pleasantville Road overpass.
New York transportation officials said crews will be performing construction activities, weather permitting.
Also -- left lane closures are expected between Hawkes Avenue in Ossining and Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff Manor at this time.

Follow the posted detour, and anticipate delays.
Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to flaggers and all traffic control devices, including signs.

Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
