Basketball Player Collapses At Game In Pelham
A Village of Pelham police officer was able to start CPR immediately.
PELHAM, NY — A student is on the mend after suddenly collapsing during a Wednesday night basketball game. The 17-year-old Blind Brook High School student was playing in a game at Pelham High School against Pelham when his head went back and he fell to the court’s floor.
A Pelham village police officer was there and was able to start CPR immediately, after which the student was taken to Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital, News 12 said.
