Free Comic Book Day is Saturday
It's an effort to introduce as many people as possible to the wonders of comic books.

Free Comic Book Day—now in its 12th year—is just what it sounds like.
On Saturday, May 4, from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Robert Williams, the owner of Squiggy's Dugout on East Main Street, will be one of thousands of comic book store giving them away for the day. He said if there are any comics left over he will keep giving them away from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Williams said it was an effort to introduce as many people as possible to, what he calls, the "wonders of comic books."
