HGTV's 'Property Brothers' Return to Westchester in 2016
The popular home renovation show is looking for locations to fix up in the area and also in Fairfield County, Conn.

Jonathan and Drew Scott, also known as the “Property Brothers,” are returning to Westchester County in 2016 to film the sixth season of their popular HGTV show, according to a post this week on their Facebook page.
The show is currently casting for homeowners who are looking to renovate “fixer-uppers,” and in addition to Westchester County, the brothers also are scouting for locations in adjacent Fairfield County, Conn.
In 2015, the brothers worked on properties in Mount Kisco and Norwalk, Conn., among other locations. They also worked with Rye-based interior designer Brittany Zachos, among other area consultants.
To be eligible to appear on the show, you must meet the following criteria, according to the show’s casting website (note that only applicants deemed to be eligible will be contacted by the show):
- Be moving to Westchester, NY or Fairfield, CT.
- Be 30-40 mins from White Plains, NY.
- Be buying and renovating a ‘fixer-upper’.
- Be outgoing, energetic, opinionated and fun.
- Need expert design and construction help.
- Have a minimum budget of $100,000+ (depending on scope of work).
- Be able to make quick decisions in order to keep to tight timelines.
- Be available for up to 10 weekdays of filming (staggered over 6-7 weeks).
- Be enthusiastic about working with our experts who have the design and construction know-how to help create your dream home.
