Turn Off Your Leaf Blowers

Hey, Pelhamites, don’t forget to shut down your leaf blowers. According to the local law, you can only use your leaf blowers from March 15 through April 30 and you can rev them up again on Oct. 15 through Dec. 15.

Today marks Teacher Appreciation Day, so make sure to bring your favorite instructor an apple or just a sincere thank you.

The Board of Education meets tonight at 8 p.m., but won’t be gathering at the usual library location. The meeting will be held in Cafeteria C.
