
PELHAM, NY - From Pelham Memorial High School: Seniors Charlotte Krause, Madison Hartigan, Linda James, Quinlan Crowley, Julianne Argento and Olivia Imperato, juniors Madelyn Dunbar and Harry Ravitz, and sophomore Grace Liberatore were named PMHS Athletes of the Week. Krause led the volleyball team in a 3-0 win over rival Ardsley and notched 11 kills and 4 aces. Hartigan and Jaimes are co-captains of the girls’ swimming team and have helped the team to a 2-0 record.
Ravitz, playing for the football team, is off to a great start and caught 5 passes for 89 yards and 2 touchdowns against Roosevelt, which gave him a total of 18 catches for 257 yards this season. Crowley has played well for the boys’ soccer team, scoring goals in the team’s games on Sept. 9, Sept. 11 and Sept. 15. Playing for the girls’ soccer team, captains Argento and Imperato have anchored the team’s defense in shutouts against Brewster, Lincoln and Scarsdale, leading the team to a 4-1 record. Dunbar and Liberatore have set the pace for the Field Hockey team by providing strong defense all season long.
