Pelham Voters Decide On Mayor, Trustees Tuesday

There was also a vote to determine whether to move the date of future elections.

PELHAM, NY — Voters in the Village of Pelham went to the polls Tuesday to pick a new mayor, pick new village trustees and decide whether to move the date of the election. According to unofficial results on the Westchester County board of elections website, Chance Mullen won with 850 votes. His opponent, Candice Ripoll, received 576 votes.

There were six candidates vying for three trustee slots.

The three winners were Michael Carpenter, with 830 votes, Ariel Spira Cohen, with 821 votes, and Lisa Hill Ries, with 804 votes.

Also on the ballot were Stephen Doka, who received 624 votes, Arthur Long, 583, and Leroy Marriott, 560.

Voters also said "yes" to moving the village elections to November. It passed with 812 votes in favor and 498 opposed.
