PELHAM, NY – Colonial Court, a 16-unit luxury residence in Pelham, has begun leasing. Colonial Court is the first new luxury development of its kind in the village in decades, the developer said.

It will be ready for occupancy in August.

Monthly rents range from $5,800 for a two-bedroom plus den (1,800 SF) and from $6,200 for a three-bedroom, three-bath apartment (1,900 SF). There is also one large one-bedroom plus den (1,200 SF) that will be listed at $3,700.

Holly Mellstrom of Julia B.
