Auditions Extended for PJC's Homage to Early Television
It's your chance to shine: Extended audition this Sunday for March talent and variety show.
Plainview's Patio Players have announced extended auditions for their upcoming spring performance at the Plainview Jewish Center.
All variety of local talent is invited to audition this Sunday, Dec. 29, at 3 p.m. at the Plainview Jewish Center at Floral and Oak drives.
The local theater troupe, which has produced major musicals over the past three years, is presenting a variety show that will be an homage to the early years of television. It is based on an original script that will tie the various acts and artists together.
The producers are seeking entertainment in the style of an iconic T.V. variety show. That includes singers, dancers, actors, comics, magicians, impressionists, musicians, plate spinners, dog acts, jugglers, mimes and ventriloquists.
