Drunken Dad Arrested In Nassau With 6-Year-Old In Car: Cops
Police say he was driving while inebriated near the Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library.
PLAINVIEW, NY — A Westbury man has been arrested after police said he drove drunk with his 6-year-old daughter in the car.
Emisael Villatoro, 41, of 3rd Avenue, was arrested around 5:20 p.m. Thursday near the Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library on Old Country Road. Officers were called to library and found Villatoro was driving while inebriated, Nassau County police said. He was arrested without incident.
Villatoro's daughter was released into her mother's custody. He faces charges of DUI, aggravated DUI with a child under 16 under Leandra's Law and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was scheduled to appear Friday in First District Court in Hempstead.
