"We're thrilled to extend this extraordinary experience and provide a safe and spooky way to celebrate the Halloween season right here in Nassau County," said Nassau County Executive Laura Curran in the announcement. "The outpouring of interest and success of Blaze really is incredible and a testament to the had work of my team and Historic Hudson Valley."
The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze is a walk-through experience that features more than 7,000 hand-carved jack o'lanterns, lit up throughout Old Bethpage Village Restoration. A small team of artists have carved the pumpkins, as well as elaborate pumpkin sculptures, including a large display of the Montauk Lighthouse.
