Huge Response to "Plainview's Closet;" Public Opening Tuesday Night
Grassroots effort in Plainview is being staged at the Manetto Hill Jewish Center.
Due to an overwhelming response, "Plainview's Closet" will be opening to the public Tuesday night, from 6-8 p.m. at the Manetto Hill Jewish Center.
Organizers announced Monday that anyone in need, anyone having trouble making ends meet, is welcome to the community project's collection. "It's kind of like walking into a friends very large closet and taking what you need," organizers said.
