Plainview Election: Oyster Bay Council Members Pledge Honest Gov
Here are the results for Joseph Saladino, Madeline Singas, Arnie Drucker, Steve Labriola and more.

PLAINVIEW, NY — Plainview voters will see a lot of red next year, as Joseph Saladino and his fellow Republicans dominated the Town of Oyster Bay races. While Democratic incumbents District Attorney Madeline Singas and Legislator Arnie Drucker sailed to victory Tuesday, the blue wins stopped there.
Republican Steve Labriola successfully defended his seat this year, as the GOP swept in the Town of Oyster Bay races. Laura Maier, Vicki Walsh, Richard LaMarca and Jeff Pravato all earned victories in the races for council, clerk and tax receiver.
Saladino thanked the voters in a Facebook post, using the hashtag "#MovingOysterBayForward." Labriola and Maier also thanked their supporters and pledged to deliver an "honest government" that protects citizens' wallets.

"The amount of manpower it takes to run even a local campaign is staggering, and for those who pitched in, I can't thank you enough," she wrote in a Facebook post.

Garber added she hopes she's persuaded some people to "look closer and take on a more active role" in the local government.
"If you're not happy, hold your representatives accountable," she said. "Your voice means more than you may think."
