Located in Hicksville, (almost Plainview) across the street from the famous Raimo's Pizza is Pasta-eria. It is right next to the infamous 24 Hour Bagel place, Bagel Boss. It is sort of tucked away next to the Staples on South Oyster Bay road and Woodbury Roads. It is small up front with a restaurant area in the back. They have a unique rack behind the counter with a half a dozen specialty slices on display. It is always busy. It is always busy because the Pizza is great. This is a tasty slice. I could actually taste the different cheeses. Parmesan and Mozzarella were having a little party on this slice. The crispy crust ate like a piece of Italian Bread, and as a result, there was nothing left. It was that good. It is at 440 S. Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville on the Plainview border. The four corners at this intersection is the crossroads of the area with many trendy high end shops. Surely this is where the devil comes for souls with a bank account. I am sure he comes here for a great slice of Pizza too.
