Tanks Rumble Through Long Island For 4th Of July Parade: PHOTOS
Hundreds watched tanks and armored cars parade through the parking lot of Old Bethpage Village Restoration. Here's what it looked like.

OLD BETHPAGE, NY — Hundreds of families watched tanks and armored cars roll through the parking lot of Old Bethpage Village Restoration on Saturday as part of a socially distanced military vehicle parade for the Fourth of July.
Dozens of vehicles snaked up and down lines of cars, trucks and SUVs, with many kids and parents looking on. Some gazed at the procession from inside their vehicles, while others watched from chairs stationed in the beds of pickup trucks or on the asphalt.
Curator Kevin Carroll and Gary Lewi, board member at the Museum of American Armor, both entertained crowds with a bit of history and humor.
