Top Culinary Equipment Vendor Leases Space In Plainview

One of the world's top professional culinary equipment vendor has leased space at an industrial building in Plainview, according to Milvado Property Group.

JB Prince will lease 21,000 square feet of space at a 72,000-square-foot, industrial manufacturing multi-tenant building, located at 79 Express St. The building sits on 4.7 acres and is one mile away from the east 46S exit of the Long Island Expressway.

“We are pleased to see that world-class companies like JB Prince are able to turn to Milvado Property Group to meet their needs,” JoAnn Stock, director of leasing at Milvado Property Group, said in a press release.
