The New York Lottery says a winning Take 5 ticket for Wednesday’s drawing was sold in Bethpage.
The top prize ticket, worth $31,491, was sold at 7-Eleven, located at 4220 Hempstead Turnpike.
The top prize was won by matching five out of five numbers: 01-08-15-25-33.

There were 212 players who purchased winning tickets worth $445.50 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. Another top prize winning ticket worth $31,491 was sold in Pelham, Westchester County.
There were a total of 86,774 Take 5 winners for the April 27 drawing.

Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.
Winners can claim the tickets at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers:
- The Long Island office, located at 45 South Service Road in Plainview
- Resorts World Casino New York City, located at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd. in Jamaica
