PLAINVIEW, NY — A woman suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital following a crash in Plainview on Wednesday, Nassau County police said.

Police said the crash took place at about 4 p.m. at Roxbury Avenue, near Plymouth Road. Following the crash, an SUV was propped up on the hood of a sedan, which required the Plainview Fire Department to stabilize it with their tools. It is not clear which car the woman was in at the time of the crash.

No further information was available from police.
