RYE BROOK, NY — Rye Brook is one of the best places in the United States to raise a family, according to Niche.com's 2021 survey.
The rankings were based on public schools, crime rates, cost of living and family-friendly amenities. Data from the U.S. Census, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were also factored in.

Rye Brook is a suburb of New York City with a population of 9,487. Rye Brook is in Westchester County and is one of the best places to live in New York. Living in Rye Brook offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Rye Brook there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many retirees live in Rye Brook and residents tend to have moderate political views. The public schools in Rye Brook are highly rated.
In this year's rankings, one Hudson Valley community was listed among the top 100 places for families across the United States: Chappaqua, clocking in at No. 87 nationally.
