Rye Brook Office Complex Sold To NYC Real Estate Firm

RYE BROOK, NY — A New York City-based commercial real estate firm has purchased a six-building office complex in Rye Brook. George Comfort & Sons bought the complex formerly known as Reckson Executive Park for $55 million.

Jeffrey Dunne, a vice president at CBRE, the commercial real estate firm that brokered the deal, said the tightening Westchester office market will likely be good for GCS to be able to lease the remaining space, the Journal News said.

The county’s office availability for the second quarter of the year was the lowest its been since the end of 2015.
