5 Things: Music Benefit for Sick Kids, Trivia and Country Music

1. Support a good cause, and have fun doing it. Head to The Good Guys benefit for the Hole in Wall Gang Camp, an organization that supports kids with debilitating illnesses. Eight bands play, beginning at 7 p.m. The Way Station, 683 Washington Ave., bet. St. Marks and Prospect. No cover.
2. Have some fun. Head to Branded Saloon for the country sounds of Viva's Tribute Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. There's also Tammy Wynette's Bingo at 8 p.m. 603 Vanderbilt Ave. at Bergen. If trivia is more your thing, head to Trivia Tuesdays at Minor Arcana at 8 p.m. No cover at either spot.

3. Get the kids out of the house. Head to Dean Street in Prospect Heights for "Story Time for Tiny People" today at 10:30 a.m. Hear Evgeniya of Child's Play NY read stories and sing songs! A super fun hour to keep your wee ones entertained. $5 per family. Intended for children ages 4 and up. Dean Street is located at 755 Dean St.
4. Find out if your train is running. No planned changes affecting Prospect Heights stations today, but note that Manhattan-bound Q trains run express from Sheepshead Bay to Prospect Park from 10-3 and FastTrack returns for the A,C,E lines on Oct 22-26 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., according to the MTA.

5. Move your car. Alternate side parking is in effect today. The next suspension won't be until this Friday, Oct. 26 for Idul-Adha, according to the NYCDOT.
