BROOKLYN, NY — All the borough's library branches will be closed Monday as a Nor'Easter brings blizzard-like conditions to the city.

The Brooklyn Public Library announced late Sunday that all of its locations would be closed on Monday because of the inclement weather conditions.

New York City is under a State of Emergency because of the storm, which is expected to bring up to 18 inches of snow and wind gusts up to 45 mph.

The forecast predicts heavy snow of 14 to 18 inches, along a light glaze of ice. Wind gusts will hit as high as 45 mph.
