BROOKLYN, NY — All the borough's library branches will be closed Thursday as another winter storm brings heavy snow to the city.

Brooklyn Public Library announced Thursday morning that their locations will be closed due to inclement weather conditions. This is the second time this month heavy snow has caused the library to temporarily close.

The city is under a winter storm watch starting Thursday at 6 a.m. and lasting through Friday until 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

Up to eight inches of snow is expected.
