We've got the results of our Patch poll asking readers how U.S. Rep. Yvette Clarke should vote on a possible Syria strike — a vote which could come as soon as next week.Â
An strong majority of readers said Clarke should vote against a possible strike. The resolution passed out of its Senate subcommittee on Wednesday.Â
Nearly 80 percent of respondents selected "No, our country is war-weary as is," in the poll.
Nearly 15 percent of voters said we should strike in Syria, with the remaining five percent saying they didn't know, or that Clarke should make up her own mind on the matter.Â
Clarke, according to her office, is still deliberating on the decision.Â
