IN THE MATTER OF an application submitted by the Department of City Planning pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Map, Section Nos. 16c, 17a  and 17b for an approximately 55-block area in the western part of the Crown Heights neighborhood in Community District 8, Brooklyn. The rezoning area is generally bounded by Atlantic Avenue, Pacific, Dean and Bergen streets to the north; Nostrand Avenue to the east; Eastern Parkway to the south; and, Washington and Grand Avenues to the west.

 (Testimony will be limited to 2 minutes per person).
