Crown Heights Drive-By Shooting Caught On Video: Cops
Surveillance video caught the moment a man was nearly shot getting out of a car near Prospect Place and Buffalo Avenue, police said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A drive-by shooting in Crown Heights last week was caught on surveillance video.
Police released footage late Sunday of the moment at 36-year-old man was nearly shot getting out of a car near Prospect Place and Buffalo Avenue on Tuesday, March 23.
The man was standing in front of a double-parked white BMW around 8:45 p.m. when a dark-colored SUV drove up and fired a shot from the rear passenger-side window, police said.

The bullet missed the man and struck the rear driver-side window of the BMW, police said. The 36-year-old was not injured.
