PROSPECT HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Another building in the 22-acre Pacific Park development is on its way to welcoming tenants, according to developers.

The Brodsky Organization, the developers behind 662 Pacific St., launched a "teaser site" and a new rendering of their 27-story building this week as they prepare to open leasing in July.

The 312-unit building will be the latest to join Pacific Park, the 22-acre development complex in north Prospect Heights.

It will include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments at both "affordable" and market-rate prices, a gym, a children's playroom, an outdoor lounge, a rooftop pool, a bike room, and a public school on the first five floors, according to the developers.

The building, designed by Marvel architects, will be named Plank Road for the road that once ran across the property in the mid-1800s.

Plank Road is the fifth building to be completed in the Pacific Park development, also known as Atlantic Yards. It also includes two "affordable" complexes on Sixth Avenue and Carlton Avenue, a luxury condo complex on Vanderbilt Avenue and the world's tallest modular building at 461 Dean St.

The massive development project has faced criticism since it was first announced more than a decade ago.

Here's the latest rendering of Plank Road, shared by the developers on Monday:
