Man Takes Suicide Leap From Prospect Heights Co-op

An 85-year-old man died after jumping from a window at Turner Towers on Eastern Parkway.

A doorman told cops he head a loud noise coming from outside the building at about 5:20 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24.

He went outside and saw the man lying face down on the ground. Cops at the scene reported that it appeared that the man jumped from the window. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
