Elberta, the 9-month-old southern-themed restaurant near the corner of Flatbush and Park Place, has taken over the lease on the storefront next door.
Fortune Ave. Inc., a long running discount variety store closed late last month.
Elberta's owners said they would announce plans for the space in about a month.
