Make Music New York Hits Flatbush Avenue

Flatbush Avenue will offer a variety of free shows on June 21 as part of Make Music New York, an annual live free musical celebration held on the first day of summer across all five boroughs. Here’s what you can expect.

1. Hooti Couture (321 Flatbush Ave., near Prospect Pl.)
Hello Fever – indie/folk – 2:30 to 3 p.m.
Leah Coloff – indie/folk/rock – 4 to 5 p.m.
Spencer Brill – pop – 6 to 6:30 p.m.

2. Woodland Restaurant (242 Flatbush Ave., 6th & St. Marks)
Frank and Corey Garcia – rock – 1 to 2 p.m.
Tempuss – jazz/indie – 2 to 4 p.m.
Elizabeth Sher – jazz/cabaret – 4 to 5 p.m.

3. Piquant Restaurant (259 Flatbush Ave., near St. Marks)
Fame Junkies – jazz/pop/rock – 6 to 8 p.m.
Parias Ensemble – world/indie – 8 to 9 p.m.

4. Burrito Bar and Kitchen (307 Flatbush Ave., corner of Prospect Pl.)
Inti and the Moon – flamenco/rumba/Latin – 4 to 8 p.m.
