"[We had] a very labor-intensive fire — a lot of heat, a lot of smoke," FDNY Deputy Chief Stephen Moro told reporters after the fire.
Moro said the blaze was particularly dangerous given a lot of cars that were on lifts in the building and the possibility of gas tanks inside.
