The company announced that it secured $63 million in financing for the project.

LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN — Property developer The Hudson Companies released a new rendering of the 250-unit market rate rental building it's planning for 350 Clarkson St. in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. A total of $63 million in financing for the project was provided by Wells Fargo, according to Hudson. As reported by The Real Deal, Hudson bought the property from the Health Science Center at Brooklyn Foundation for $13.1 million in February, 2015. The site also noted that Hudson already has another nearby development in motion at 310 Clarkson St. that will rise eight stories and contain 170 units.

The 350 Clarkson development will stand eight stories tall and be about 225,000 square feet, according to the developer. Among its amenities: a rooftop terrace, a children's room, a gym, a yoga room, a small theater for private movies, and a lobby attendant. The company said it expects to open leasing for the property at the end of 2018.
