Person Hit By Train Near Crown Heights: MTA
The person was hit at Sterling Street Station on Tuesday morning, according to MTA officials.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A person was hit by a train at Sterling Street station on Tuesday morning, according to the MTA.
Transit officials said just before 8 a.m. that 2 and 5 trains were delayed while emergency responders helped someone who was struck by a train at the Brooklyn station, which sits just below the Crown Heights border on Empire Boulevard.
The trains were back up and running an hour later, according to the MTA, but they told straphangers to expect "significant delays" as they resumed service.

The FDNY said the person was taken to the hospital. They did not have details about their condition.
