This Is The Smallest Home You Can Buy In Crown Heights
Nearly $340,000 will get you 395 square feet of space.
CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Last week, we took a look at Crown Heights' most spacious homes — those with the most bathroom space, that is.
But not all the neighborhood's listings have room to spare. This week Patch is exploring the smallest homes on the market.
In Crown Heights, only a few offer that real, this-could-be-a-closet New York City feeling, and none are nearly as bad as the teeny, tiny West Village apartment the internet has named the worst in the city. Only 75 homes are on the market in Crown Heights with less than 2,250 square feet of space.
