But not all the neighborhood's listings have room to spare. This week Patch is exploring the smallest homes on the market.

In Crown Heights, only a few offer that real, this-could-be-a-closet New York City feeling, and none are nearly as bad as the teeny, tiny West Village apartment the internet has named the worst in the city. Only 75 homes are on the market in Crown Heights with less than 2,250 square feet of space.

The smallest option is this 395 square foot one-bedroom on Crown Street. A $339,000 price tag will get you a junior one bedroom in a 1920s building near Prospect Park:
