If you live on St. Mark's Avenue between Vanderbilt and Carlton, and are concerned about the increasing number of rats that have appeared all over the neighborhood in recent years, come discuss the problem on Saturday, August 3, at 10 a.m. in front of 191 St. Mark's Avenue (where the bench is).Â
Although the meeting is organized by and for residents living on the block, others who have similar concerns, I'm sure, will be welcome to come help brainstorm on this neighborhood-wide problem.
