Subway Rider Sexually Harassed, Then Drenched With Soda

A 43-year-old woman was sitting on a manhattan-bound No 3 train in the middle of the afternoon when the man standing in front of her apparently began to get too close. 

When she told him to "please move back," the man said, "I don't have to move back. You're beneath me. I'll make you suck my (expletive) in front of everyone. You leave the train." 

While this was happening a woman who was accompanying the man was recording the interaction on her cell phone. She then poured soda over the woman's head and the pair got off at Franklin Avenue.

The altercation took place on May 22 at about 2:30 p.m.
