CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Nearby Prospect Heights might be one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Brooklyn, but there are still deals to be had just over the border in Crown Heights — albeit only a few.

This week, Patch took a look at home in the neighborhood that are available for less than $300,000. In Crown Heights, only four listings fell below the price-point, including this one-bedroom on Empire Boulevard.

The other three spots up for grabs under the $300,000 price-tag can be found on Prospect Place and Eastern Parkway (two are found in the same building).

According to Realtor.com, the suggested lowest price-point for the neighborhood falls around $450,000, about half of its median listing price of $1 million. Take a look at all 11 homes that fall under $450,000, including those under the $300,000 mark, here.
