Video Has New Yorkers Asking: Is That Her Pet Or A Subway Rat?
A rat that crawled down a woman's shirt also has New Yorkers asking, "Why does Twitter do this to me every damn morning?"
PROSPECT HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — New video posted to social media is raising serious questions from New Yorkers: Is that rat her rat? Why does Twitter keep doing this to me? And how is she crossing her legs that way?
The video in question, was shared by @subwaycreatures Thursday morning, appears to show a Brooklyn Q train approaching the Seventh Avenue station on Flatbush Avenue.
And it shows a woman, quietly reading her phone, as a rat crawls down her shirt.

"Why does twitter do this to me every damn morning I wake up," asked @xKingKrank, on Twitter.
Added another Instagram user, referring to a woman sitting near the subject of the video, "So we just gonna ignore the lady legs?"
The answer to that last one was no:
I'm assuming the rodents are pets.....but why are we not talking about the woman whose legs are twisted up???

Some discerning viewers noted a woman sitting next to the video subject sported a similar outfit and a white rat, leading them to believe the rodents were pets and the women were aware of their presence.
At least one other New Yorker had a different theory.

But on point, I think we can all agree:
