3 Men Charged With Murder Of Queens Woman Found Dead In Car: NYPD
Cops identified four men who hauled a woman's body from a Queens building and stashed it in a car — three were charged with murder.

FAR ROCKAWAY, QUEENS — Four young men who wrapped a woman’s body in a blanket and stashed it in the trunk of a car in Queens were identified Thursday, and three were charged with murder, the police said.
The men were first spotted by police in the middle of the night on Wednesday, carrying a large item from a building on Foam Place in Far Rockaway and putting it in the trunk of a car, before driving away.
When police stopped the car about a mile away in Nassau County, they discovered that the object was a dead woman’s body, wrapped in a blanket.

Far Rockaway residents Allan Lopez, 22, Jose Sarmiento, 21, and Rigel Yohario, 20, were all charged with murder in the slaying of Nazareth Claure — a 31-year-old Queens resident who was identified as the murder victim, according to police.
Sarmiento and Yohario, who live in the building where Claure’s body was moved from, also face weapons charges.

Lopez was hit with an additional drug charge.
Brooklyn resident Rodolfo Lopez, 26, was identified as the fourth person involved, and charged with concealing a human body, and tampering with physical evidence.
