Meet the Candidates for NYC Council in District 25 in Queens

With the primary election date scheduled for June 22, 2021, the Jackson Heights Beautification Group is introducing candidates seeking New York City Council seats in Districts 21, 22, and 25. Each episode is introduced by JHBG Director Ed Westley and interviews are conducted by WBAI 99.5 FM Host Jeff Simmons.

Attempts to interview all candidates were made over the last month, and those that responded and participated by this past weekend were: Suraj Jaswal, Shekar Krishnan, Manuel Perez, Alfonso Quiroz, and Carolyn Tran.
