QUEENS, NEW YORK — Get ready for fried shark sandwiches, squid skewers, sword-swallowing jugglers and tastes from across the globe: the Queens Night Market is back.

The legendary outdoor food and crafts market will launch it's 2019 fall season Saturday evening at the New York Hall of Science in Flushing Meadows Corona Park.

The Queens Night Market will be open every Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight until Oct. 26, when it will conclude with a Halloween-themed bash with trick-or-treating and costume contests, obviously.

More than one million people have come to the Queens Night Market since it launched in 2015 and founder John Wang says it's because of the low prices (there's a $6 cap) and deeply diverse selection: its vendors represent 90 countries.

"We’re borderline obsessed with being the most affordable and diverse community event in NYC,” Wang said.
