Brown Harris Stevens Named "Affiliate of the Year" by Christie's International Real Estate
The company received the honor at the annual owners' conference, held recently in California.

Christie’s International Real Estate has recently named Brown Harris Stevens of The Hamptons and North Fork one of their 2014 ”Affiliates of the Year” in the Medium Market Category.
“We are honored to receive this prestigious international award which recognizes our longstanding success,” Aspasia Comnas, Executive Managing Director of Brown Harris Stevens of The Hamptons and North Fork said. “There is a strong synergy between the Brown Harris Stevens and the Christie’s brands, and we are committed to promoting the affiliation wherever and whenever we can.”
Every year, Christie’s International Real Estate receives submissions from across their network of 140 global affiliates.

The award is given to four companies that stand out in productivity, as well as play a vital role in leveraging and expanding the strength of the network, within the international affiliate network.
Out of the four award recipients, three are noted by Market Size.

The three market-range size noted are: Small (population less than 275,000), medium (population between 275,000 and 1,750,000), and large (population over 1,750,000) markets.
The 2014 recipients were recognized at the 2015 Christie’s International Real Estate’s annual owners’ conference, held recently in Beverly Hills, California.
According to Christie’s International Real Estate, Brown Harris Stevens, which is the sole affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in New York City, the Hamptons, North Fork and Palm Beach, is “well represented in the Hamptons and the North Fork of Long Island, providing unprecedented access to the area’s most compelling real estate.”
