The restaurant, which is 2,380 square feet, includes two kitchens, one with used for catering a walk-in refrigerators and two legal apartments on the second floor, according to the listing.
The 17,826 square foot property also includes storage, on-site parking for 20 cars, a 1-car garage and a shed, according to the listing.
However, since the property is “hamlet-centered”, it does not need to be a restaurant there are other possibilities for businesses such as a retail store, a doctor’s office, etc., according to Izzo.
“Personally, I think it’s a gem,” Izzo said. “I think it’s great for a young upcoming chef since they have a lot of their work done for them.”
The restaurant is currently not operating, but everything is still in place.
Since purchasing the restaurant, the owners have made several updates including adding a new computer system, adding a new wine refrigerator, and updating the decor, according to Izzo.
