CANCELED: Amber Alert For Upstate 14-Year-Old
Police say she and her 41-year-old abductor were believed headed to New York City.
UPDATE: New York State Police announced the Rochester City Police Department is canceling the AMBER alert for Joanna Coates.

A 14-year-old girl is listed as abducted in upstate New York and police believe her kidnapper was taking her to New York City. An Amber Alert was issued Monday night for Joanna Coates of Rochester.
